GoldenRest's Return Policy

ADJUSTABLE BEDS:

When your new GoldenRest Adjustable bed arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there is any damage or you find any defects in your new bed, the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new bed at the manufacturer's option.

If the correct adjustable bed is delivered, and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our support line and let us know you want to return the bed . At that point, we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Once we receive your signed form we will issue a Return Authorization Number.

Customers  will be responsible for packaging and shipping the adjustable bed for returns. If you do not have the original box, one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the bed is received, inspected, and determined to be in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the adjustable bed, less:

  • A 15% restocking fee.
  • $250.00 for the outbound freight charges
  • $250.00 for in-home set up.

For Hi-Low adjustable beds your purchase price will be refunded less:

  • A 25% restocking fee.
  • $300.00 for the outbound freight charges
  • $300.00 for in-home set up.

Any mattress which has had the plastic removed cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. You will receive credit for the adjustable bed base and you will be charged for replacement of the mattress.

We hope that you will understand that by not passing on return costs to our other customers we can keep our prices lower for everyone.

Cancellations - If your adjustable bed has left the warehouse and you cancel, there will be a freight charge of $250 plus restocking of 15%. If your bed has not yet left the warehouse, the cancellation fee is $250.

 

LINENS:
All linens without a specific warranty are warranted against manufacturing defects until the time they are used or laundered, up to 30 days. Please inspect all your linens when they arrive. If there is a problem, please call us for further information. Warranties that are specifically mentioned, such as 10 year warranties, are against manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is NOT covered on any linens.

Linens are not returnable except for cases of manufacturing defects. Please see the above policy.
