What does a Hi-Low bed actually do?

A
The Hi-Low bed has the same functions as the other adjustable beds with one additional great feature. The entire bed goes up and down with a push of a button. In the up position, it makes caring for someone much easier on the caregiver. Depending on the model, the bed can raise up 7" or 12". The Hi-Low also makes it easy for an individual who uses a wheelchair to transfer in and out of bed. Our Deluxe Hi-Low model can be configured to go as low as 15" from the ground as measured from the top of the mattress.

Can I get a wireless remote with the bed?

Yes, our GoldenRest Supreme and GoldenRest Ultra Pedic can be configured with a wireless remote.

If I need warranty repairs or service on my GoldenRest bed, who do I call?

A
All GoldenRest adjustable beds come with one full year in home warranty service. If you need service, just call the 800 number supplied with your bed. A technician will be scheduled to come to your home to repair your bed. The great news is that because we build a high quality adjustable bed service calls are very rare.

How long does it take to get a GoldenRest Adjustable Bed?

We have several warehouses around the country, so your bed will ship within 5 business days to the company who does our in-home setup. They will inspect the bed and call you to schedule an appointment. In general. it takes about 10-20 business days (Mon-Fri, holidays not included) between the time you order and the time your bed will be set up in your home.

What other charges are involved when purchasing a GoldenRest Adjustable Bed?

We have an $8.95 processing fee and that is the only additional fee. The price on any adjustable bed we sell includes delivery, in-home setup, and container and debris removal.

Is shipping included on my GoldenRest Adjustable Bed?

A
Shipping charges to homes in the lower 48 states are included. However for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska there will be an additional freight charge. Please call for pricing.
